Enroll User into Course Action

OVERVIEW

The "Enroll User into Course" action enrolls existing users into a specified course that already exists in your Pluto LMS based on information provided in the trigger.

SETTING UP AN "ENROLL USER INTO COURSE" ACTION

Step 1: Set up your trigger, e.g. "New Row in Microsoft Excel."



Note: The trigger may need to provide the Course ID of the existing course into which your zap must enroll users as well as the User IDs of those users. If your trigger does not provide this information, you may need to add and additional action step before the "Enroll User into Course" action, e.g. "Search Course" or "Search User" in your Pluto LMS.

Step 2: Select (1) Pluto LMS as your action app and (2) "Enroll User into Course" as your action event, then (3) choose your connected Pluto LMS account from the drop-down list. 




Step 3: To set up your action, (1) select the corresponding field from your trigger data source (or from a previous action step) that will provide the User ID/s of the user/s that your zap must enroll into your existing course/s.



(2) Select the Course ID of the existing course into which your zap must enroll users in your Pluto LMS.

Note: For a more dynamic zap (that can enroll users into one of a variety of existing courses) you can select the corresponding field from your trigger data source that will provide the Course ID of the existing course into which users must be added. If your trigger does not provide this information, you may need to add and additional action step before the "Enroll User into Course" action, e.g. "Search Course" in your Pluto LMS. 



You can now scroll down and click on "Continue" to proceed to test your action and switch on your zap or add additional action steps.
