OVERVIEW
The Completion Overview dashboard is designed to track and improve course completion on your LMS. The dashboard includes a high-level, visual Overview page; a customisable, site-wide Completion Progress Report; a Completion Over Time page; and an AI suggestions page.

Internal Compliance Training
Scenario:
A medium-sized company wants to ensure that all its employees complete mandatory compliance training modules to adhere to industry regulations and company policies. These training modules cover topics like data security, workplace ethics, and health and safety regulations.

Click on Site admin, followed by Site reports, then Completion Overview.

Here you can find a visual overview of user distribution and course completion stats on your LMS.
(1) The User Count section gives an indication of the user segments and courses comprising the most users on your LMS.
(2) The Course Completion section gives an indication of the categories, courses, and user segments that are performing the best in terms of course completions.
COMPLETION PROGRESS REPORT
Here you can see site wide progress across all courses in one report. You can customise your report by selecting which columns you would like to include in your report and filtering by the following fields:
- Username
- First Name
- Last Name
- Email
- User Segment Name
- Course Category
- Course Name
- Completion Status
You can also export this report as a CSV file.
COMPLETION OVER TIME
This page provides a high-level overview of 1) enrollments over the past 12 months, 2) course completions over the past 12 months, and 3) the average time taken to complete courses on your LMS.
AI SUGGESTIONS
This page gives an indication of course completion across your site and helps you to improve these stats by enabling easy action.
(1) The Site Wide Course Completions pie chart gives an indication of the percentage of enrolled learners that have completed courses, are making course progress, or have yet to start their courses.
(2) In the Suggestions section, relevant actions to encourage and improve course completions are suggested.
(3) The list of Users who have not logged on in the last 30 days gives an indication of learners who are potentially at-risk of not starting/completing their courses, and the direct messaging link next to each learner's name makes it easy to take action.
